What You'll Do
- Conduct initial telephonic intake process professionally and efficiently
- Carry out phone screening with compassion and respect, providing encouragement
- Perform Verification of Benefits (VOB) immediately upon creation of a lead
- R ecord all activity in Salesforce accurately and diligently
- Coordinate with respective facility to inform of all upcoming admissions
- Arrange transportation to facility for any future admissions, if necessary
- Follow up on all open potential leads
What We're Looking For
- High School diploma / GED preferred
- If in recovery, min. 1 year period of sustained sobriety required
- Dignified and compassionate character
- Strong multitasking skills and sound judgement

Avenues Recovery Center at Bucks is a community-based, residential-style outpatient drug and alcohol rehab program offering partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient treatment services.
This facility partners exclusively with Crosswalk Sober Living - a collection of luxurious sober living homes - to give clients the opportunity to engage in treatment while residing in a beautiful domestic setting with 24 / 7 supervision and care.
